Protect your boat  from RAIN, DUST, AIR POLLUTION, BIRDS and especially ULTRA VIOLET SUNRAYS. The vanish or the gel coat of your beloved toy will deteriorate because of all these attacks. There is only one cost-effective solution:
the
All Season / Winter  Cover
made by Lohmann Sails & Covers Ltd.

Better than a boathouse because your boat is protected against the elements and you still have a Social life at the mooring place.

Total Covers up till today, made out of traditional materials were bulky, heavy and very complicated and time consuming to install. 10 years ago after being in the business since 1979, I started to produce TOTAL COVERS out of lighter and modern fabrics. To connect and attach I use zippers and webbing straps with snap buckles
Areas which need additional support will be supported by steel posts . If Snow (more than 30cm)  is a common occurrence in your area we recommend a supporting frame work that you can build yourself in 1" EMT  Conduit Steel Pipe or 1 3/8 Toprail Fencing pipe.

With my experience (over 3000 covers in 30 years produced ) I can guarantee that 2 people can install a TOTAL  WINTER COVER for a 35 foot Sailboat after some practice in less then 30 minutes and a powerboat in less than 20 minutes.

So it makes sense to cover the boat in the fall, winter and spring so you can forget about scrubbing and cleaning and re varnishing your bright work.
